  Golden Bowers painted our house and the quality and finish is really professional. From the moment I met Silas when he quoted the house, to the day he finished the job, he was kind, professional and so pleasant to have around! Even my dog, who doesnt like any tradespeople, warmed up to him instantly. Even she misses him now that he has finished the job. Thanks so much Silas for everything you have done. • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Evermore painting is insured. All occupational health and safety requirements are adhered to. Work is guaranteed to 5 years. Paint and paper manufacturer warranties are applicable and all applications are completed to manufacturer specifications.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  It wasn't really a decision I made. I was dragged to work by my father from the age of 10 as a housepainter. I started sanding and cleaning, then preparation before moving onto rolling and cutting in at the age of 16. 30 years later and I still enjoy it.
