  I had an excellent experience using this company for an end of lease clean recently. Michael was very professional and was obviously very experienced from the way he presented. I was provided with a cheaper quote than competitors in the area and they were able to complete the job within the week. Michael did a fantastic job with the cleaning, especially with the bathroom and oven. I am very happy with the service and would definitely use again in the future.   Michael came and gave us a quote with John, both very nice and polite. We organised a time and everything was fine until we returned home to pay after job completion and checked the job that had been done. John admitted that he'd spent too much time on the floor in the kitchen even though the tiles were cracking and the floor wasnt that important as it was in need of retiling and we had said that in the quote. Things that we had agreed on to be cleaned were half done. The oven was explained to us that the scum on the inside was infact between the front glass panels and couldn't be reached, so i used my finger nail to see and it wasn't, so he grabbed his cleaning stuff from the car and took a minute to remove it. There was cob webs still in 5 corners and in the cupboards when we made him aware of them he cleaned them up. Also there was no evidence of any spot wall cleaning at all even though he insisted he had done some, even the biggest mark on the wall was explained to us that it couldnt be removed, so i showed him a spot of the mark where we cleaned to see if it could be removed and said it was easy, so he grabbed his cleaning stuff and it took him less than a minute to get rid of the whole thing. we payed him and did the spot wall cleaning our selves as we were running out of time in the evening before we lost the light. Some suff was cleaned properly but most important stuff was neglected. Over all we were not the happiest with the job. Very nice people but the price when calculated how long he was there was average for cleaning services even though it sounded like a good deal to start with. Addition to the review after tje reply from Michael. Did you read the review, no evidence of any wall spot cleaning the over took a minute or 2 to clean spotlessly. It wasnt the dirtest oven either as it was used twice in three years. The job took 4 hours plus our inspection on top of that, which when approached about jobs that were missed the guy stayed and fixed rhem up so the extra hours were stuff that he missed. He openly said that he spoke to you about the floor and you even asked him why he spent so much time on the floor. Cob webs were in cubourds and corners of walls there was no evidence of any wall cleaning at all until i showed him the walls were easy to clean so he cleaned on spot after. The price of 180 you gave us i said was a great price to start witg but he came at 12.30 and finished at 4-4 30 then the extra time was os showing him what he missed. So 4 hours at 180 is 45 an hour then waisting our time after was added for job not done. Thats why i said the pruce was average for cleaning services, the cockroaches where in the draws and takes 2 seconds to vacuum out Plus when we got there he opened the cupboards to show us what he'd done but i explained my wife did that allready so please dont take credit for what we did already. So i will remove a star for the comment you left, take responsibility for your staff and dont blame us, the othe company quoted to do more and you said you would do it and compete with there prices. So waisting more of my time with your reply and lack of actual knowledge has just earned the star rating down.

  Hi Corin we tried to help you with a very cheap price $180 other quotes were $300 as your wife was very sick and money was tight. John spent nearly 6 hours cleaning an old filthy one bedroom unit the kitchen was infested with cockroaches the oven was the worst we have seen and did our best. The bathroom was full of mould and dirty. I mentioned the walls were so bad and dirty we could only try get a couple off if we were able. Being the boss if would have appreciated a call and the chance to inspect and fix anything rather than a bad review a week later. I am sorry you were not happy I could have fixed it if given the chance, we tried very hard to do our best with your small budget.
