Yes we are required at all times to have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance as Registered Real Estate Agents and as Members of REIWA.   We also guarantee our services in all our agreements.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started at a very young age assisting my parents with their rental properties. I have always had a love of property in its ability for people to build wealth. In 1997, yes more than 21 years ago I decided that it would be my career and hence got my Property Mangement and Real Estate License.

I grew up assisting my parents who were migrants to Perth in looking after their rental properties...my journey included headaches, cleanups, court, rental arrears, damage etc...my job is to ensure that my owners never have to worry about this part and they focus on their investment journey

People and Property. I love assisting owners on their investment journey, it may be the family home you are moving out of, a property you have inherited, your first investment or your 10th...I love being the person my owners look to in assisting them on their property journey.

Our office is able to assist in any of the following items, but its important to ensure the property is well presented and well maintained and ready to be advertised. Legal requirements are that the property has the required RCD's / Smoke Alarms and meets the minimum security requirements.

Management Fees vary based on the rental price and if the property is furnished or unfurnished. Our office also offers all-inclusive fees or a base management fee plus others, depending on the preference of the owner and the type of property
