Most ask about my experience, if I treated similar problems in the past, success rate etc. My answer is that there aren't 2 human the same, and I treat each as individual case.

Be conscious of your diet and sleeping habits, as they are often the key to successful recovery of many ailment. I like also to put emphasis on Stretching exercise, especially when complaining of stress and tension. CHEERS !
