My favourite outcomes would have to be when we we can provide a solution in an emergency type situation. For example a burst pipe or a backed up drain and the customer is in a panic and unsure what to do next. I provide assistance over the phone while one of our team members is deployed.

First and foremost ensure that your Plumber holds the correct license to be completing the job you require. Do not be afraid to ask them to provide you a copy of the license. An unlicensed person working on your plumbing system will void insurance and warranty.

More detail the better - the issue, how long its been an issue, make and model, your desired outcome etc. A lot of the smaller maintenance type jobs can have a set price for them. For larger or more complicated jobs a site visit will most likely be necessary to provide an accurate quote.
