  Deb called me to follow up on the quote which was great. From then on the communication was handled by other people on our side and that meant that there seemed to be some miscommunication with areas cleaned and prices charged. It's possible that Deb is just too busy to do the background admin. Lovely local company and we will probably use them again.

  The miscommunication was caused by the client herself (receptionist from Albury Osteo Clinic) specifying 5+ rooms when in fact it was 9. When initial contact was made she passed this onto the owner. Owner subsequently added more work to the 9+ rooms and was an over-exacting perfectionist, the work was re-done twice & to her final satisfaction however, owner would not subsequently discuss the invoice & deferred to the receptionist, who avoided my numerous phone calls. Very disappointing outcome from this business and no further work is welcome..

  Dry cleaned my worn carpet exceptionally well and were able to remove pet odours and stains. They were very friendly people, their prices were very competitive and I would recommend this business to my family & friends.
