Dusdez Cleaning has insurance for up to $10,000,000 and a 100% Guarantee. If for some reason you are not happy with your clean then we will come back to your home to rectify the clean or you will have the clean for free.

What do you like most about your job?

We enjoy the interaction with the clients with a friendly and understanding approach. To be able to finish the job to a very high standard is rewarding and there is a positive effect for clients to see and feel a difference what a cleaner can do. We understand time is a valuable asset and it gives us pleasure to free up some of that time to do other things rather than the humdrum of house chores.

We have always been reliable and trustworthy throughout our working life and even more so running our own business. We have recent police checks as well.

Dusdez Cleaning may be only a new business but we have a combination of 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry. We are a reliable and honest business that actually care about the clients cleaning requirements. We listen and implement your needs to the service provided to very high standard. Having us as your cleaners you will find we are extremely friendly and positively form a trusting relationship with our clients to give a unique experience for your particular cleaning needs. One aspect of our business is that we always use clean rags for each individual home. The mop heads are thoroughly washed, sanitized, dried and rotated every day to stop cross contamination between house holds. This gives our clients the peace of mind of not being concerned of nasty germs spreading from previous cleans before their home clean.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

The typical things we need to know is a full name, address and contact number.  What type of service is it? Is it a one time clean or is it a ongoing clean.  What type of home is it? Apartment, Condo/Townhouse, One Story, Two Story or Three Story. How may rooms including lounges, bathrooms and is there any additional rooms? Is there any pets?  Will we need to inspect the home before starting and have you used a cleaner before? Is it mostly wooden/tiled floors or carpet. E.g 60% exposed floor and 40% carpet. Please note if you decide to hire our services and wish to change plans, a 12hr notice before date of cleaning needs to be given so we change our plan schedule accordingly.  There is a minimum of 2hrs per clean.

Our prices are very fair. We use our own products and equipment unless the client specifically ask us to use their own and if that is the case we can give a discount.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have a Flat rate for one off cleans and added extras have a separate price.  The Hourly rate is set for an ongoing regular clean either it be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Dot and Doug (Owners of Dusdez) have worked together as domestic cleaners, move in / move out cleans and spring cleans with an agency over in Perth a number of years ago. Doug is a Tradesman in the Print Finishing industry and Dot has many years working in the housekeeping industry.  We decided to work for ourselves because we both enjoy a challenge, working with people and hopefully put a smile on their face from a combination of the job well done and communicating with our clients on a positive level.
