  Never been in trouble with the law ever! I had a moment of stupidity to have maximum sentence of 18mths loss of licence an told no chance of work licence. I work 10 to 12hr days at a full time employer 5 days a week an some weekends an is a minimum 50 klms away. Not a chance of public transport for hrs required. Only a matter of weeks before I have zero way to get to work. I will now have no job an no means to do my trade with hrs required an tools needed to carry to an from work. I was told to pay up front before next court date or wont be represented. Then later told it was able to be paid over the period till final hearing but they happily got the max fee an wipe their hands. An also unable to do pickups an drop offs for my partner so she now has to deal direct with ex partner who has a dvo! Where is the common sense. Not only was poorly represented, but also extra stress on partner with possiblity of harm . Complete failure all round. Due to long term depression which is heavily recorded with doctors this will not end well. Do not recomend 100% I made a mistake an wiling to pay for it but loss of ability to get to work as minimum is far from right.
