After my site got compromised, they couldn't even provide any details to why it was. Instead, they suspended my account so my website was offline for several days. Other hosting companies offer reports and give the user an indication on why the hack occurred but not Dreamit. My developers added security modules,changed our passwords and went through the whole code of the site to make sure there was no vulnerabilities within the site. I asked Dreamit if we resolved the issue and they offered a paid service so they can check. When they finally re activated my account, i thought like everyone else would that all my emails were active especially since there was no errors when sending emails. Fast forward 3 weeks and my clients are all calling me and questioning why I am not replying to their emails. It turns out Dreamit never unblocked my outgoing emails so I ended up losing not just my companies credibility ,but sales and clients in the process as well. They weren't even symptomatic nor remotely remorseful. To top things off, i asked them if they could check if my SSL was installed correctly. There reply, "we can install it for you for $150.00" So just to check if the SSL is installed correctly, they want to charge me. My last 3 hosting companies installed my SSL for free. If they offered me a lifetime account free of charge, I wouldn't take it. Truly the WORST hosting provider ever.
