  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

    We are insured by AAMI insurance. If you are at all not satisfied by our work we request you tell us before you leave the premises so we may fix any issues. Any health risks regarding grooming are in our policy statement (on the wall) and will be discussed if matting or any issues are present.

  • Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

    One of our groomers broke her nose and the other groomer had to do the last of the Christmas rush alone. A customer who saw how frazzled the groomer was brought her a coke and some chocolate because she skipped lunch to get everyone done on time. That client made the groomers day.
