1. Make sure you ask a lot of questions and ensure you have all your requirements ready, this saves in overall project costs and prevents delays in going live.  2. We're visual creatures. Having at least 2 competitor sites you like is a great way for us to understand the look and feel you're after.  3. Make sure any integrations and 3rd party services (marketing systems, credit card gateways, etc) are all signed up for and ready to go. It's common to be held up by 3rd parties which delay projects from going live.

During our initial phone consultation, we discuss your current pain points and what you're trying to achieve with your website so that you receive a website that scales with you, saving costs of re-platforming in the future.  We also work within budget constraints and work with you to prioritise requirements so that you receive a quality website finish without breaking the bank.
