Yes I have public liability insurance. Yes I can guarantee they will be happy with my work as I take time and I make sure a pay attention to detail and do not cut corners .

What I like most about my work is knowing that I have helped a family or a single person have some more free time to enjoy after they have possibly had a hard day at work.

How much experience and sight that they have police clearance and if they have a ABN . It helps to see references and possibly go by there gut instinct . Meet them and talk.

The normal questions are my fees and my availability . To which I answer it depends on the size of there house and also how many bathrooms. Regarding the availability that can change weekly as I have weekly customers fortnightly, monthly or one offs .

I am reliable because I know how I would feel if I was let down , I am a honest and trustworthy person . I have clients who give me a spare key to there home so I feel that can answer this question easily .

I need to know the know how many bedrooms and how many bathrooms, it also helps if I know if it is a single storey or a two storey house. How many hours they require me for is very helpful .

No dirty dishes kitchens are the focus of the house and having lots of dishes will only use up the clients time. Have the floor area you want vacumned and mopped clear.

I think I am somewhere in the middle I also do not cut corners so I like to quote accurately and not under quote a job by saying I can do it in 2 hours when it clearly may need 4 being honest is my motto .

I charge by the work involved and if the customer becomes a regular then time and money may differ   I have ABN and I have business account set up. I use my own equipment and bring my own products .

I pay attention to detail , I take my time and do not like to rush its all about the customer coming home and being happy to be free to just unwind or giving him or her more time to there self.
