I installed 3 fences with DLS and they all had many gaps affecting privacy. I reached out to the installer to fix the job due to imperfect material or bad installation, he sent me videos of other bad fences, claiming that it’s normal. I reached out to him again and sent him videos of neighbours’ good fences with no gaps, instead of communicating properly, he got angry on the phone at me and hung up on me. When it comes to privacy, installer should be able to fix the job, not to find excuses. When a customer ask for explanation, installer should communicate properly, respectfully and not hang up on them. I paid a lot of money for poor services. Not recommended!01 Feb 2025
His fence is exposed post capping fence and gaps in next to post. I sent him video photo from other fence . All exposed post capping fence has gap. And he sent me video standard fence has no gap. Because standard fence is going on one line and covered all post and that’s why no gap.Vinod K
