Yes I am an insured trades person and all my work comes with a high guarantee for the life time of the work. I have yet to cause damage to a property I have services or had a customer call back because my work was with fault. This is something I am very proud to say.

I get a great deal of satisfaction when I know that the customer is happy with the work that I have completed for them. Whether it's just fixing a few loose tiles, replacing some grout or re-siliconing a wet area, maybe even bring that bathroom renovation dream to life. Every satisfied customer is what keeps me doing what I do.

I think the main questions every customer should ask a trades person before they start work are: How much will the job cost? How soon can it be started? What qualifications do you hold? What is the guarantee for the work you will complete? (Eg lift time of the work) Do you have the necessary up to date insurances for this job?

Questions frequently asked by my customers are How much will this cost me?  How long will it take for you to complete the job? How soon can I start to use this areas? My answers are I will give a rough estimate before I leave,, but you should wait until I have written up the quote so you know for sure. If I don't run into any problems the job should only take a few hours/ days/ weeks. Remember this will always be outlined in the quote. You will be able to use this area again in a couple of hours/ days. Again this will all be explained to you upon completion of the job

I have the ability and knowledge to perform a required service under the stated conditions and terms of the customer, for the specific period of time outlined to compete the service required, and being fully liable and answerable to the client at all times during the duration of the service and the conduct in which the service was provided.

With over 25 years experience there has not been a problem that I could not fix. I'm fast, I'm clean and offer very competitive prices. Plus I can work around you.

Their address is the main information needed for me to supply the customer with a quote. I will not quote over the phone if I have not viewed the job. Another important piece of information needed is a correct and reachable contact number. I can't tell you how many people relay phone numbers and can never be reached on them.

If the customer would like to save a few dollars then these east steps can help them do that. Step 1- Organise an on-site quote to be carried out. Guessing a price over the phone is not going to save you anything. As a matter of fact it generally ends up being hundreds more. Step 2- Remove damaged areas yourself and dispose of unwanted material. By doing this trades people will be spending less time in your home or business, therefore saving you $$$ Step 3- Prep the work areas. Remove clutter from around the work area. This will give the trades person room to perform their services and allow room for the tools they need.

Well I'm not out to make a million dollars, where most trades people are. I'm here to offer my services and fix the problems at hand. I work with the customer to insure they get the service required for a price that they can afford to pay

How do you normally charge for your service?

That depends on the job, the materials required to do the job and the length of time requires to complete the job. Hourly rate is what I normally charge but in some cases if the job is big then a meter age rate will be used as it may be cheaper for the client in the long run.

Anything that requires the use of grout, silicone or tiles. I've got it covered. Business or home (can even offer waterproofing) any wet area, any wall or floor.

I am a qualified tiler of 25 years. Have tiled in the commercial industry as well as the residential industries. I have worked for many builders and have always been able to produce the work that was asked of me.
