DJ Slexie has Public and Product Liability with Protecsure.  DJ Slexie has a licence with PPCA to reproduce music to the public.  DJ Slexie will provide you a list of terms and conditions if the event of a natural disaster was to occur or a catastrophic plague was to settle upon us.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

DJ Slexie was born from my husbands hobby DJ set.  I've had trouble obtaining work over two years due to a personal lower spine injury and therefor employers saw compensation claim dollars and didn't want to hire me.  The next best step was to start my own business, with something I already had.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We surprised friends at their wedding reception with a full DJ set that was able to cover the entire reception room with music from Bon Jovi to Psy.  It created an alive atmosphere that would otherwise be dull.

I love helping people plan for their event and showing them how they can make it personal but pleasant.  I am a professional and I love to sing and dance like no one is watching.

Do you really only charge $100 per hour?  Yes.  Less than! Is there any hidden costs? No, I do not like to rip people off.   What about a deposit? A deposit would be appreciated and it comes off your total.

I charge per hour instead of per product or service.  For example a 6 hour wedding would cost $600 including GST with DJ Slexie, instead of $6000 with other DJs!
