We always carry insurance for our public liability and our DJs. $20,000,000 Products and Public Liability.  We guarantee our work - we even provide you with a contract when you book us, which states our promise of what we'll deliver in black and white.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Some years ago, a customer who was turning 50 booked us in to DJ her birthday party at a suburb we thought was in Melbourne. We later found that the party, and the suburb, was actually in Adelaide, not Melbourne! Despite this, our owner drove all the way from Melbourne to Adelaide to perform for her night, with not a cent of travel costs charged!

Everyone - everyone - loves music. And, everyone likes working around something meaningful. Music can speak and represent us powerfully. We feel so deeply grateful to be able to work with music in a way that can bring greater personality and depth to the most meaningful events in people's lives.

Are they well equipped with a full DJ team and back-up DJs/equipment in the event of emergencies? Can they provide examples of their work? More importantly is your gut instinct: how organised, reliable and well-presented does the company seem? How attentive, personal and responsive are they?

Q: Am I allowed to choose the music for the night? A: Absolutely - you have full control over the music, or you can leave it up to us if you prefer.  Q: Is there any way we can see an video of you guys in action? A: Yep! See website.  Q: Can you guys also MC? A: Yes, we even provide this at no cost.

We're one of the few companies to provide a backup DJ for you in the event of emergency on the night, and we take care to carry the correct insurances and licences.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When.  Where.  What.   Many companies charge you more if you have a bigger scale event (ie more than 100pax) - we don't do this. We charge you the same price if you've 500 guests, or 2 guests. And yep, we've seen it all.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Don't throw money away buying or paying a hire company for extras like dance lighting, wireless microphones, a haze machine/bubble machine etc. DJ Masters can provide all of these to you at no additional cost when you book us in for your event! We also have data projectors and fully portable PA systems.

How does a $200 discount sound? We've been around forever but we're new to Oneflare. Yep, it costs money to advertise here, in wanting ensure we see a return on our investment, we're offering a $200 discount to each of the first 50 customers who book us through Oneflare! Not bad eh?

How do you normally charge for your service?

Due to our popular demand, we accept a $100 deposit to confirm the booking and secure the date. The balance can be paid at any time up until 10 days before the event. If you prefer to settle the balance at the beginning of the night, this can be approved with prior arrangement.
