• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  Our Timber Pest Inspections involves inspecting the interior and exterior of the property including the roof void looking for indications of timber pests such as termites, borer and fungal decay. We are one of the few companies in Brisbane who can inspect using additional tools such as Thermal Imaging Camera Equipment, Termatrac technology as well as the required moisture meter. Thermal Imaging can give us the ability to detect any thermal anomalies in the building which may indicate termite activity. It can provide us with the ability to locate hidden termite activity, without employing the traditional methods of breaking and opening and damaging materials or drilling holes, resulting in expensive damage to the property. We provide you within 48 hrs a 12 to 15 page detailed inspection report with colour photographs. The pest operator is available to go through any details of the report that you may need explained or clarified. Our Staff complete monthly professional development and we employ a Pest Industry Specific Consultant with over 30 years in the industry to ensure that our methods and industry knowledge is up to date with current trends/research.
