Interest in working in this field from a young age, My father worked in the industry and I helped out during school holidays. I have always worked in service industries. I started my career in a trade based industry and had a career change and been enjoying it ever since.

How long will my removal take - by completing inventory we send you we can provided an estimate of how long your removal should take based on information provided and access at both properties. What are payment terms - cash or credit card on completion of removal (credit card payments incur a 1.5% bank charge)

We follow-up all quotes in writing and once job is confirmed by customer in writing removal is locked in for preferred date of move which creates piece of mind for the customer. We follow-up the day before with a call confirming start time and names of the removalists who will be on the removal.

Honest, professional, reliable, uniformed staff, friendly and efficient. All quotes all followed up with paperwork once completed paperwork is returned that is peace of mind that your removal is booked in for your preferred removal day and we will show up. No hidden or upfront costs / deposit required and payment is on completion of removal. We only charge an hourly rate for the time that we are on your removal depot to depot. Visual quotes can be arranged.

addresses of both properties, size of property to be moved, Items to be moved, date of move, access to pick-up and delivery addresses, eg: steep driveway, stairs, lift to be used, large items to be moved eg: piano, 8ball table, spa and additional information to assist with providing accurate quote

Follow our helpful hints fact sheet provided, use industry standard cartons, make sure they are all organised prior to removal day otherwise this will slow down the removal process and increase cost of removal

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Once we receive your completed paperwork we can provide 10 Industry standard packing cartons & 10 book cartons on loan for your removal including complimentary paper and tape providing the boxes are returned flat packed (in the same condition received) 5-7 days after your removal. Porta-robes are available on removal day to transport your hanging clothes from wardrobe to wardrobe to avoid having to pack them in suitcases and getting creased.

Metropolitan predominantly hourly rate depot to depot. Country removals are quoted at a fixed price and a visual inspection can be arranged or you can provide a inventory of items to be moved and we can work out a fixed price for you, no hidden costs.

Residential removals, commercial, office moves, internal moves, joinery deliveries, pre-pack and un-pack, dismantling of beds, loan standard and book cartons with complimentary tape and paper once you confirm your removal with us and provide porta-robes on day of removal to transport your hanging clothes.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Have had years of experience / training in all facets of removalist work including packing and unpacking, dismantling and re-assembling furniture as required. Commercial and office moves are also our speciality. Appropriate packaging materials for your items eg plastic for wrapping mattresses and fabric furniture and packing blankets for furniture and white goods are used whilst in transit to protect your precious cargo.
