  I would thanks to Hayden ,hus bos and his team,who all very helpfull and understood my situation very well. Hayden patient and try helped maximum, the removal team from both places very cooperative,friendly and easy to deal. I haven't open my boxes all, but some did. I'm confident they were doing good job and do the best Thank you so much Hayden and your boys ! Definitely will engage their service again in the future

  We did not have the smoothest of moves due in part to our own naivety on required cubic meters required to account for all our items. We also did not realize that even though we booked and quoted with Kent it would be subcontracted out; in this case to Crusader removals. Kent quoted based on our walkthrough but was way under volume. We ended up needing far more space than was allowed for by Kent, however Crusader ended up making 3 separate trips to make sure we ended up with all our items moved. Ray, Bruce and Callum were the drivers we dealt with on each respective trip, all were fantastic guys and made what was an otherwise stressful time as straightforward as they could. We were not able to be there for the final delivery and there was a problem with the truck that ended with some diesel spilt on the end of the driveway. I was actually shocked that the driver not only let us know rather than taking off and denying responsibility, but cleaned up as well as he could, sent photos and engaged a clean up crew to come and finish off. The level of accountability was extremely impressive. I can't say every part of the experience with Crusader was fantastic, but doing this really put them in 5 star category in my book.

  Top company to do business with from Steve coming out to do the quote in Brisbane Qld to our goods being delivered to Glenelg SA the whole process was seamless, so much infact we are now using them again to put stuff into storage. The sign of a good company is that they get repeat business.
