Booked under- FIONA P Removalist used end of March 2024 Booking was efficient and nothing was a problem. Aside from the odd sweaty hand mark on all the furniture and lost cabling- We had a smooth run. The guys knew what they were doing. It was a very warm day. Picked up boxes from 2 locations and did all the move in 6hrs, including a piano. I was recommended to these guys from a colleague who used them too. Yes they’re rough as guts but I’m guessing thats just the kind of industry it is. Thanks crusader!!Ellen K

**WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY** We had a devastating experience with this company that simply left us heartbroken and beyond disappointed in their lack of capability to even complete their most base line service of moving something from A to B, as well as, not moving items that did make it from A to B safely. We trusted Crusader Removals to pick up our belongings from our home in Melbourne, transport these and deliver these to our home in Perth. Firstly, a large chair that was worth over $1,500 did not arrive in Perth and was not able to be tracked down at all by the team at Crusader Removals. There was simply no explanation as to what may have happened to my chair and it has somehow vanished into thin air. If this wasn’t heartbreaking enough, we began to look through our boxes that were heavily wrapped in ‘Fragile’ tape and marked with ‘Very Fragile’ in hand writing all over, to find that majority of our beloved fragile and sentimental pieces of ceramics and glass were broken beyond repair. And to really top it off, our timber furniture, which we were assured “would be thoroughly wrapped in sheets and treated with care” appear to have been bashed around and dragged along the ground with no protection so that they’re completely scratched and in some cases significant chipped. To market yourself as a company that can move belongings as your most basic service and to not even be able to full-fill that service at a basic level, to further damage not just one or two but the majority of our belongings and then to not be able to come to any resolution for your customer is literally mind blowing. We unfortunately had to contact friends who were set to use this company for their own removal to share our experience and these friends cancelled the job and went with other companies. We will be doing the same with all of our friends who will be moving back to Perth in the near future. Hi Ellen. While I'm very disappointed to read your review and absolutely apologise for any inconvenience caused to you, I do feel you are missing some crucial information in your feedback. Your goods were delivered out to you in July of 2024 and we did not receive an email from you regarding missing or damaged items until October of the same year. We tried our best to locate the 'missing' item however after this amount of time had passed, and with the amount of freight we transport on a daily basis, we unfortunately were unable to locate it. I understand that this is upsetting however I do feel that the company is justified in asking that all damages or missing items queries be submitted within a reasonable timeframe. We were also surprised that the last correspondence we had from you was in October and it is now March 2025 and you have decided to write us a 1 star review. We take any reports of damages and/or missing items very seriously and aim to resolve the matter quickly however our ability to investigate diminishes as time goes on. We hope you understand. Read some of the reviews for the company and was a little sceptical, but had no issues using them for our small office move.
