  Burped in the phone while making booking. Agreed on a price for 3 hours cleaning. Cleaner arrived an hour late and could only do 2 hours. No biggey, just do what you can, assuming a reduced amount for reduced work. When I let the business owner know that he only do 2 hours, and asked what the adjusted price was, he responded, “that’s his problem, fixed rate” When I challenged the compelling argument above, he replied, “cmon it’s only $X.XX”

  Hired this company 2 weeks ago. They cancelled on me 3 times over the 2 weeks with a different excuse on why they can’t come every time. Then they never answer the phone when you call. They still haven’t been out to clean. It’s just waisted my time for 2 week where I could of got another company.
