  1 star cleaning, the other star for offering half price and trying to help solve the issue. The cleaning was not up to par of a bond clean unfortunately. We were left with unfinished cleaning in the bathrooms and the carpets not vacuumed properly. We were able to get the bathrooms cleaned and vacuuming done & walls wiped down by ourselves so there wasn’t any excuse. I think having 2 cleaners on a job would be better as only the one cleaner going all day is probably too much for the 1 cleaner. Thank you for trying to solve the issue but in our case it was easier to just get it done ourselves as we knew it would be done properly.
