  Prompt courteous action taken at a time when the Xmas season was well in place. Great service delivered on time and was very obliging. Job done on time and cleaned up properly. We would recommend anyone requiring quality service and reasonable price on glass to use Mount Martha Glass.

  The worst service. Still actually can’t believe how unreliable and unprofessional Jason has been. Paid my deposit and then followed up around 10 days later on how long the shower screen might be because its close to Christmas. Jason said mine should have arrived that day and he could start installation over two days starting Wednesday but he would call me that night and confirm. There was no call so I messaged him the next morning as I had told him I would need to leave a key out if he was coming. I hadn’t heard back by the time I went to work so assumed he wasn’t coming. I got a call at around 9.00am telling me he just woke up because he had a late night the night before, got home at 2am, and he had bad news, he broke my shower screen. Its Christmas, so now I wont have a screen until late January, but he offers to install a temporary one, which is not what anyone wants in their brand new bathroom over Christmas, but better than nothing. So I accept and he said he would be out first thing the this morning to install it. No show, no call, no response to my call. The only good thing I can say is he refunded my money by the end of the day, or that could have been because I was ready to take it further if he didn’t. Its not only completely amateur to break someones door before you even get it to their house, but when you don’t care enough to bother turning up on time after offering a fix for the issue, you’re just running a bad business. People who don’t care, don’t care. Padi at Quick n Ezy Shower Screens was an absolute life saver today, driving all the way to my house from Warragul after hearing about my experience, even fitting me in on his final day of work, and offering an even better solution for my shower screen and a way I can get through over Christmas.
