  Do not trust this service. They are dishonest about the number of people that will show up. I was told 2 people for 4 hours. I left the one guy who showed up initially to clean the house and came back 45mins later. The second staff member still had not arrived and the first guy had not even started cleaning and instead decided to use the toilet and scroll on his phone. To the owner this is the main reason why I told you to leave. And yes he still got paid $100 for doing nothing!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

  Hi Jimmy Thank you for your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations. Just to clarify, we had agreed that the cleaning would be completed within three hours, and we were still on track to meet that commitment. While only one cleaner arrived initially, the second team member was on their way but unfortunately delayed due to unexpected traffic—something we should have communicated better, and for that, I sincerely apologize. As for the time the first cleaner was present, I understand how it may have appeared unproductive in those early moments. However, we were fully committed to delivering the service as agreed,
