  Due to their excellent rating, I decided to engage Clean Pursuit's services. However, I was taken aback when I discovered that my place was virtually unchanged from when I had left it. In fact, the floors appeared even dirtier than before, and there were no visible footmarks when I departed. I'm finding it difficult to discern what exactly was cleaned. Additionally, it seemed as though the cleaners abruptly left, as they left behind their cleaning materials, a pile of dirt on the balcony, and the place unlocked. This is particularly frustrating considering I had specifically requested a call 10 minutes prior to their completion so I could personally inspect the premises. I received a quote for a two-hour cleaning service, which I believed would be ample time to clean my small and moderately clean apartment. Moreover, I assumed that I would receive an invoice based on the actual time taken to clean, as this seemed like a standard practice. After all, it's uncommon for someone to request precisely two hours of cleaning, especially considering I had already mentioned that it should be more than sufficient for my place. Unfortunately, I now find myself not only dealing with the stress of moving homes but also having to clean up after the cleaners. It's incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend their services.
