Yes, CIA Designs has Public Liability, Professional Indemnity & Work Cover. We are also a Registered Building Practitioner, with the VBA (necessary for the documentation of Commercial spaces in Victoria)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We love Design. Our founder, Crystel White was a top art student at high school then won a prestigious spot at the Queensland College of Art, Studying Design in 1998. To this day she still loves the opportunities design has to combine both art and science into amazing spaces that bring so much joy.

What is the process and how long will it take? At CIA designs we have a clear design & documentation process and have it outlined on our website so that clients can appreciate the steps and what is involved during each step of the process. Once we have a brief, we then provide a design programme.

We charge either via hourly rates for project sizes under 80m2 or per square metre rate for projects over 80m2. As our fees are not tied to the spend of your project, we can guarantee that the outcome and not the spend of the project stays at the forefront of our minds.
