I got into woodfire catering through a passion for great food and creating memorable shared experiences. I’ve always been drawn to the energy of live cooking and the way fresh, quality food can bring people together at events. That naturally led to building Cheesy Duz It as a mobile woodfire pizza catering service, where I could combine hands-on cooking with event service in a way that feels interactive and engaging for guests.  Over time, I focused on refining the craft — from perfecting dough and ingredient quality through to building efficient systems for high-volume service. What started as a love for making good pizza evolved into a full catering operation built around consistency, reliability, and delivering a smooth experience for clients across weddings, corporate events, and private functions.

We enjoy cooking for special events for people such as weddings, we love to create a memorial food experience for our customers events, we have been operating for 9 years and have many years of experience catering for events including private parties and also experience with event planning to make the customers experience seemless.

We are based in Marrickville and service all of Greater Sydney including the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, and Western Sydney, as well as regional NSW.  Can you cater more than just pizza? Yes, we also offer pasta, canapés, and salads as part of our catering packages.
