  Seriously good service. Arrived on time, with calls to update us, did the job smoothly and much faster than expected (it wasn't an easy job - we are on the first floor, no lift!). The guys were really lovely. Thanks again!

  Received a quote, which said no hidden extras, then when I went to pay they said there was an additional $45.00 call out fee! Tried to charge me an extra half hour after standing around on there phones for 20 minutes! Yes it was raining, but they could have parked the truck up to the Carport which they eventually did!

  I did select the cheapest option offered but the difference in price was not that great. The movers arrived over an hour late (they did let me know) and when they arrived there seemed to be an attitude that they were doing me a favour as opposed to winning a job in a very competitive market. The service was not friendly and at times rude. They seemed to move particularly slowly, demanded I help them move the fridge and couch and then rounded up the total time by nearly half an hour. Next time I will be happy to pay a bit extra and get better service.
