  The CBD MOVERS team showed up on the day and loaded everything. Unfortunately due to the low clearance of the truck they could not reverse all the way to the front door, so they had to carry things further. After the firts trip they tricked me into paying them for the firts trip, even made me round up by 30 min, and than after sitting in the driveway for 5 min they just left and their call centre was usless helping to finish the job. So we were left with half a move. Very unprofessional and disappointing! I would never recommend them. They also damage some of my furniture and the wall by bringing it up. Adding: Even worse, now CBD MOVERS pretend as if they they never did my move, see bookings confirmation. @ all potential MOVERS book a decent company even if should cost you 5-10$ more per hour and have a good move. Just imagine what would happen if after half the job you are left in the rain 🌧 😱

  Last week we moved to our own apartment finally and hired CBD Movers to assist us in moving. We had heavy furniture and glassware which was worrying us as one slight damage would have cost us a lot but the removalists that came to move us assured us that there won't be any negligence and we'll be updated throughout the move. I am happy with the move as the guys relocated us not only on time but without any damage. Thank you CBD team
