  If i could leave 10stars i would. I contected them less than a week from christmas day, they arranged the inspection day with the realestate, conducted the inspection and had the report emailed out to me well before christmas. The report came with clear, good sized photos showing exactly what issues they found, explained well. i could not ask for more, and cheaper than most advertised pest & building inspections i found on the internet. Really top notch service 100% recommend
