  At the end of the day, they got the job done. BUT they had someone very inexperienced on our job, who didn't seem to have adequate supervision (for which we blame the supervisor), and who seemed to know the mechanics but not how to work with us. If you are experienced in buying property, you should be fine, as you know what to ask for and they are inexpensive, but if you're new to property, then go for someone who is more communicative and can guide you through the process.
