  One thing that really upsets me as a business owner myself is when people are friendly and contactable until they get their money and then when it's not done to the standard expected they don't want to hear about it. My partner and I are disappointed because we were hoping to use the service again for a second property also. We are still waiting for them to get back to us about our complaint a week later - still nothing. We are really relaxed down to earth people so I feel that we are actually quite easy to please. If they had of at least gotten back to us to talk about the standard of work I wouldn't be as dissapointed
