Yes $20 Million in Public Liability and yes if the customer is not happy then I will most definitely ensure that the situation is rectified. I pride myself on getting 5 star reviews.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

When I followed my now wife from Canada to Dee Why, her father was an arborist and he was kind enough to offer me a role as Branch Manager. I felt it was necessary to learn the craft and become certified. I spent 3 years at TAFE learning arboriculture and applying it daily at work.

There are several on my website but this one springs to mind. Recently I completed a hedging job for a client and she surprised me by saying "If I could have done the work myself that's exactly how I would have done it"

My office is different everyday. I'm surrounded by trees and bush and I love meeting new people. It keeps me fit and healthy.

Are you insured? What qualifications do you have? What experience do you have? Have you ever had any serious incidents or accidents, injuries etc. What happens if I'm not happy?

Do I need approval? How soon can you get the job done? Do I need to be here? Approval is based on council and I would answer according to their rules. Normally jobs can be done within 2 week time frame, often earlier. Many times the owner does not need to be on site.

I am a well brought up only child of older parents and I learned to take pride in my work and be respectful at all times. I'm certified and fully insured in an industry that doesn't have proper licensing! Honesty and Integrity are key to my success.

Type of tree, access, are you removing, is approval obtained already? What obstacles are there, ie power lines, pools, tiles etc. I only quote on site not via pictures or videos.

You can save money by keeping the off cuttings yourself, make sure that access to the tree is uncluttered. If additional access is required via neighbours property please obtain approval before hand. Identify all work required and get it done at the same time to save you money.

I'm a small operation with minimal overheads. I live locally so travel time is reduced, saving you money. I like to build long term clients and the majority of my business is referral based. I believe in a fair pricing structure regardless of your address.

I provide a free quote. I come out and assess all components of a job. That being species of tree and if council approval is required, tree location and any obstacles we may face such as access, pools, fences underground services or sprinklers etc. I then compose a quote based on the job as a whole

I am a climbing Arborist who enjoys all aspects of tree work. That said,I find palm maintenance quite therapeutic and love putting my artistic touch in cleaning out and making a date palm a focal point of a garden

I have Cert II,III,IV in Arboritculture, chainsaw certification, 13 years working on the northern beaches in tree care for multiple companies.
