I carry out all installations and repair myself to make sure the quality of work is up to standard. So you call me you talk to me and I show up and carry out the work. Customer service doesnt come much better then that!

Roughly how far the outdoor unit will be from the indoor unit. If the out door unit will need to go on a concrete slab or Bracket. the type of wall example: Brick or wood. The type of room you are trying to cool/heat Example: Lounge (large or small) Bedroom.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Check you power supply at the isloator on the outdoor unit (if provided), Check your curcuit breaker. Take note of any flashing lights on your split system. Turn off the power supply for 10 mins then switch back on if you have had any power flucations that may have caused the fault. this may rest the fault.

Alot of companys are up around the $80-99 range now due to office staff salesman and other overheads it costs to run a large business these days I on the other hand carry out all these jobs myself so i am able to keep my rate down at an affordable rate.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I charge a $40 call out fee (this may be higher for some areas) and my hourly rate is $60.00 charged in half hour intervals.

We specialise in all heating and cooling systems including all Domestic and commerical fridges, air condioning units, heatpumps, pool heaters coldrooms and ventilation systems

I have a cert 3 in mechanical engineering and a restricted electrical license. A current first aid and low voltage rescue certificate and a workplace health and safty blue card
