Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured by AAMI for Public Liability and any loss or damage for products supplied.  All our staff are covered by Work Cover.  All our vehicles are fully insured by AAMI.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was an importer and agent for products in the Audio Visual Industry and had offered a service to our business clients including in home set ups. This eventually built itself to a full time business and now we only look after clients direct.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

A customer had purchased a home with a smart wired Audio Visual and lighting system included in the features.  None of the equipment worked as the company who installed it didn't program the system and expected the new client to pay a very high price to commission the system.   We were called in and in less than a few days we had reset the entire house and programmed is to suit the client for 20% of what the original contractor was going to charge. Now we look after all of our clients properties. They had just bought a get way home and it was one of 12 properties we look after.   The previous company lost a great opportunity and we have a very happy client.

Customer Service is my passion. Our business survives on customer satisfaction. None of our team will let any client down and if we cannot do the job we will refer you to other trades to assist.

Any question is a good question if you need an answer. We can answer most questions our clients have and we will always refer you if we cannot assist.  Most technical issues are a process of elimination so in most cases we can isolate and advise to resolve most issues.

All we require is your Contact Details and the best person to call to arrange a meeting or a quote.  We also recommend you put as much in writing as you can to reduce any confusion during the quoting process.

Write a list of what you require.  Check for any extra requirements to be allowed for.  Research as much as you can so you are familiar with the technology and its features.

We establish a scope of works and if the project requires hardware we invoice in advance for all equipment and do a final invoice for installation once the job is complete.
