Jackson did a good job. We hired him for an end if lease clean. No issues from the real estate, which was great. He was very reasonably priced and friendly; however, I was extremely disappointed with his communication because he didn't confirm ETA night before until 10pm after asking him; called 1hr before ETA on day of job and said he'd be 4hrs late (6pm), then says he can arrive 40mins earlier but actually arrives at 6pm). In hindsight, I should've made it very clear that we needed to return the key that day by 5pm and it wasn't an option to come after hours. Overall, my mum was very happy with the job, so thank you.Henry B
