  I had a terrible experience with Jarrod. He firstly didnt listen to what it was that I needed help with in my business and how I could use his services to my advantage. He made many promises that he was going to bring me new clients and many new prospects to my business, only for me to have regular and returning clients be the only ones who actually had made a booking. His systems failed to realise this, which meant that I was giving away extremely discounted services (as per his advice) to clients that we're already long term clients of ours. I had many meetings and gave him many chances. He ran many different meta Campaigns which all failed in the end. And even set up a chat bot which continually contacted clients who had initially responded to the terrible ads he had put up. These bots sent messages to these clients of mine over and over again if they did not respond in a certain time period. Which in the end caused even more of an issue as I had clients extremely upset and frustrated with this bot that I had no control over. I ended my contract with Jarrod even after many different attempts to hopefully maybe get a good result. However, it ended up being an extremely expensive failure to my company. Jarrod had promised not just meta Campaigns, but help with email and google ads also. However, none of the others had even eventuated, even though he had told me he had began the process. Then toward the end of the contract being terminated by myself, he backtracked and said that was not what we had discussed. To me, I believe he is a con man. He will promise you the world and not deliver. He will take a long time to respond at times, and his responses will be extremely poor, lacking depth and understanding. I highly DO NOT recommend Jarrod & Business Warriors. Especially if you do not live in the Perth area. I live in NSW and he had no idea of what the demographic is here which must made his services even worse. Avoid at all costs.

  Hi Lauren, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your experience with us from December 2023 to Feb 2024. I’m genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and want to address your concerns directly and transparently. As mentioned, our work together was from December 2023 to Feb 2024 a while ago now. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and I understand your experience has stayed with you. Our agreement was focused on supporting your business with meta ads specifically instagram and facebook, including creative, copy, digital strategy, and offer management we were also doing email marketing as well and helping setup autmated systems for you to assist in lead conversion. There was no stipulation in our agreement regarding Google Ads management. I want to clarify this point, as our contract and meeting notes confirm the scope was the above which you signed on 12/03/2023 through docusign. Regarding the chatbot and automated messaging: I recognise from our communication that this system wasn’t the right fit for your business at the time and it was something different to what you had done in the past. We use these tools across all clients to ensure enquiries are responded to promptly even late at night when you and your team are busy or not around so potential clients don’t slip through the cracks. The system is designed to help acquire new clients and re-engage existing ones. That said, I understand it didn’t deliver the right experience for you or your clients, and I apologise for the frustration it caused. On the topic of guarantees: Our agreement included a guarantee of 30 new clients per month, but this was always tied to a minimum monthly ad spend of $3,000. This was discussed in our meetings and clearly stated in your signed DocuSign agreement on the 12/3/2023. While we worked together, the ad spend did not reach this threshold, which meant the guarantee could not be activated. These stipulations are in place to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. I acknowledge there was some miscommunication early on, and I take responsibility for any confusion or disappointment. Our time working together was brief, which limited our ability to optimise and fine-tune campaigns and processes. I apologise for any shortfall in results. One of our core values as company is transparency and being results driven and it does disappoint all our team when expectations arent met Since then, Business Warriors has evolved a lot. We’ve implemented many improvements based on client feedback including yours and our more recent reviews reflect these changes. For anyone reading this, I encourage you to view our other client results and reviews for a broader perspective. It’s never my intention to leave a client feeling disappointed or unheard. I’m always open to a conversation and most of the time it goes well over the alloted time we have set aside with anyone regardless of wether we are paid for the time or not.
