  Burmar Industries at Sumner have been one of the best businesses I've dealt with over the years. As an owner builder, I relied upon them for plumbing advice and materials. The staff were always VERY helpful, wonderfully friendly, and patient, and did their best to give me answers and great service. One staff member even offered to deilver a large item to my house, as he lived nearby, when I couldn't fit the item in my own car. The business has a large range of items in stock, and if they didn't have it, were able to order it quickly and efficiently, ringing me promptly when the order was ready to pick up - I've never had to ring them to find out what was happening! I think the thing I like best is that the staff take THE TIME to be helpful, often trying different ways of solving the problem I presented to them, and coming up with cheaper and/or better solutions than I'd thought of. Prices charged for products was very competative, which is why I no longer bother going elsewhere.
