  I wasn't happy as my Aunty does not have the internet or a car so she could not get to a bank or transfer $ money she offered to pay cash or cheque but was refused. I am in NSW and I was organising it for her and it was all organised then they said that they couldn't do it without payment first - which really doesn't work for the elderly or those without a car or internet I wasn't very happy as my aunty had a day put aside! But everything else was very efficient and I was happy with the fast services that would become available on request I just wish that we could have had it done. The payment would be my only fault I am only mentioning it as constructive criticism as everything (correspondence) was fantastic and professional and friendly and quick to reply!!
