  Quoted to remove birds nest and bird mite infestation, block the birds from nesting and spray area to kill bird mites. He came and sprayed the area and put a barrier sheet in between but didn't block off the spot where the birds nest. 1 day later the mites were still infesting the area. Called to get him back but has had poor communication, pushed the time back. It has been a week and now he has not come back, I've since had him say he's coming then push back 4 times, this last time pushing back a whole week.

  Location: Picton, NSW

  This company was hired to clean our roof guttering and solar panels. A person arrived to commence the job, A very short while later (approx 15 minutes) he said the job was done collected payment and left. A check was done later that evening to find existing shrubs in the guttering along with leaf debris still in drains and solar panels untouched. He responded to messages promptly agreeing to redo the job. We are still waiting.
