The questions we ask are: 1) Pick up address 2)Drop off destination 3) How many bedroom- to fix truck size 4) Contents List 5) Any heavy items- piano/pool table 6) Parking 7) Access- driveway 8) Approval from Building Manager/ Lift Booking-   Apartments 9)Date and time of booking.

1) Make sure everything is packed ready to go. 2) The fridge is cleared and unwanted items had been thrown out 3)Make sure parking and access for the truck is good, so the truck is not parked too far.

We own our trucks and we employ our staff. So we do not have subcontrators. So our costs are well below what we we will have to pay subcontractors who are mostly businesses themselves. So there will be a margin added. And most of our trucks are brand new, so we save on maintenance and breakdown cost which we pass it on to customers, hence competitive pricing.
