I decided to get into this field of work via always having a interest in computers and technology. I was fixing computers from a young age and was always buying the latest edition of PC magazines.

Well I have many stories but one in particular I was talking to the client and I was telling her how I've done garden maintenance in the past, the following week I was back not repairing her computer but weeding her garden and painting her fence!

At Brisbane Water Computer Solutions we strive on a fast prompt quality service (Normally within 24 hours of making the call we are at the clients house). We service the entire Central Coast region and have very reasonable rates.

Every information you can gather is very helpful eg will it turn on, is there any lights on the tower, is it freezing the more information gathered the more accurate the quote will be.

Make sure the computer is on and ready for me to have a look at the problem to save time (If it will turn on) Make sure the problem can be shown right away (Blue screen of death, virus, BIOS beeps, frozen etc) If it's a laptop make sure it's on via the power adapter and in the right spot you want the work to be done.

Our rates are very reasonable and are cheaper then a lot of companies on the coast. That mixed with a quality prompt service makes it a hard price to compete with.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge an initial hourly rate followed by half hour intervals with parts on top of that. Most jobs are normally under 2 hours worth of labor. We also come at a convenient time for the client.

Been repairing computers from a young age, started by repairing family members computers then to friends. After school decided to continue and get my qualification, after completing my qualification ive been working in the field ever since.
