I personally am very dedicated to delivering great results and also enjoy a challenge of how to improve the standard of the cleaning industry, so when I was approached by the opportunity to work in the industry I felt this is definitely an area I can work with and improve on.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We had a client with a very soiled carpet that needed a great result or otherwise they would lose a lot of money in bond security for a rental, this carpet was quite a challenge though with the proper procedure and products this carpet looked a treat when the job was completed.

We enjoy delivering a great service beyond some of our clients expectations, most of the time we hear about bad service people and rip offs etc. it is overwhelming to see our clients totally satisfied with the service and price, we simply love what we do.

1. A customer should always ask for credentials, it is always a good start to ask if the contractor is qualified and certified. 2. Always get a firm quote as there are many tradesmen rip offs, get an agreed price or explanation on charges before proceeding with a booking.

it is helpful to know are for carpet cleaning, how many rooms are to be cleaned, type of rooms eg; bedrooms, hallways or lounge rooms etc. for upholstery how many seating positions are there and type of fabric type etc. for commercial industrial carpet cleaning, how many square metres are required.

Our Pricing has remained the same since 2001, so the customer can be assured the continuous service is far more important then a price increase. our price is medium range which may not be the cheapest or most expensive but the fairest deal for the client to receive a great job and value for money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We accept eftpos eg; credit cards, savings account debit cards or cash, we do not accept cheques. Bank transfers are acceptable if prior arrangements have been made.

We specialise in carpet & upholstery steam cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, water/flood extraction and  repair and dust mite and allergy remediation.

we are ITI certified in the following fields carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water extraction and repair. Also experienced in the service of dust-mite and allergy remediation.
