We have full insurance coverage for our trucks and for any vehicle we are transporting. Whilst all care is taken , some accidents to happen and we are more than happy to cover any damage we may cause.

our Motto is "we care" , we will try our absolute hardest to fit in with the customers requirements and time constraints, not the other way around. We only have courteous staff and our drivers must practice safe driving ethics.

We typically need to know the type of vehicle we are quoting on, whether it has been involved in an accident or is broken down or just needing to move an immobile vehicle, we also need to know the pick up and drop off suburbs and if it is to be done within a required time frame.

Unfortunately by the time customers need towing they have exhausted other avenues so really the only thing that can save customers money is to have their job done during office hours as after hours prices are slightly increased.

Each aspect of service is quoted on a different basis, but generally by weight and distance. We are happy to quote and where possible provide cheaper rates for multiple tows
