  We are an reputable Accounting firm in Brisbane CBD, we have been using Sam for last 3-4 years. Our clients are very happy about her services, always accurate and efficient.   Samantha Brackley of Books Management came highly recommended, I found her to have a solid knowledge of her work. My issues were dealt with effectively and efficiently. In addition, she was willing, and able to communicate causes, solutions, and make reccomendations in a pleasant and approachable manner. In one hour we found more value than in attending a seminar, or trying to make things understood in numerous calls and miscommunications with a software "help" desk. At my request, she even made a small manual with pictures and captions, with words of one syllable for me to follow - and kept a straight face!
