Yes we have all the necessary insurances and white cards for union site work. All work is guaranteed. Labor is covered by 12 months warranty whilst most suppliers have a 5 year warranty on the product itself.

Sometimes in life you fall into things almost by accident! This is one of those things! I have been in many different industries but I prefer this one as I am still able to be creative, it's clean work and turnaround time is usually short, making each job different and satisfying!

Years ago, I missed out on a job for the sake of $600. Months later the customer came back to me to repair numerous issues created by the winning competitor. Suffice to say we had to start all over again!  The clients exact words were "I learnt my lesson!"

The fact that every job is tailormade and different!  The creativity that comes with pairing the right product to the right job and instantly turning a house into a home as a result!

How long have you been in the industry? Do you clean up post installation? Do you use a laser level when installing the product? Do you install top and bottom limits on your roller blinds? Do you install child safety chain holders on your products? Do you use colour matching screws on your brackets?

In most cases the customer doesn't know what to ask and requires our educational guidance in order to make an informed decision. They would not factor in issues we deal with everyday like impeding obstacles such as window winders and door handles that have a bearing on blind positioning and choice.

If a prospective customer wants to talk an existing customer for reassurance and advice, we have no issue with this! This is usually the best way to arrest any concerns a new customer may have. Historically though this never happens as deal with any concerns first hand.

Attention to detail! We show up...and on time! All our work is referral based so you can be assured customers are very happy with our service! We are patient and allow you time to make an informed choice considering your blinds will be with you for a long time!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Typically we would meet the customer inspect the job, measure and quote. 80% of the price is usually taken up by the fabric and hardware. If a customer wants an approximate quote then we would require a width measurement followed by a drop measurement of each window in order to quote.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If you have existing blinds and you remove these blinds then you will save on removal costs! If furniture and any other obstructions are removed from window area prior to installation this saves considerable time.

How do we define competitive? First of all the exact same product (fabric/hardware/origin) has to be the same for an accurate comparison! You cannot compare a premium product with a cheap counterpart! When this occurs and it's rare, then we are very competitive!

How do you normally charge for your service?

All services are invoiced. A 50% deposit is standard practice with the balance paid on completion. EFT is typically the form of payment these days as it is convenient for most.

We specialise in motorisation! Imagine merely pressing a button or even having your blinds operated by your mobile phone!  You can even choose silent motors so you don't even hear your blinds operating!
