PERSONAL TRAINER Private Personal training in a fully equipped studio and mobile services (conditions apply) All programs are tailored to each individual persons needs. My programs offer you performance and muscle toning, weight loss,, healthy ageing ,energy and balance. TRIAL SESSION (consultation & workout) 60 MIN - $25 PRIVATE SESSION TIMES 1 HR 45 MIN 30 MIN 10 Session packages available Small Groups- 2-4 people per session. Costs vary on number attending. BOOTCAMP I run 4 outdoor bootcamps s a week . All programs are different each week and consist of Cardio, Strength and Boxing. Our boot camps are over a 4 week block. SESSION TIMES Tuesday 9am & 6.30pm Thursday 6,.30 pm ( Strength) Saturday 9am We offer a number of different services, have a look through our photos to see what would be the best option for you or just give me a call for any questions.
