  We are insured and cover public liability. We can provide insurance certificate if required. We guarantee our work which means that we pass final inspection of agents or landlords. Our priority is to provide great customer satisfaction.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  One customer booked a job with us. We did full cleaning. But there was no power. On the request of real estate agent carpet steam cleaning was organised two days after. When we went there, no power. It happened twice. We wasted our time and money. But we knew it was not customer's fault. We did that cleaning at the same price. Customer really appreciated and thank us for our pateince.
