Liam did a fantastic job. He was professional, thorough, prompt, friendly and honest. He was also flexible with his times. Compared to other quotes I sourced from different sites and searches, he was the most competitive price wise. When I asked him to do some additional work, instead of over promising and under delivering over the phone, he checked out the work in person first and then gave me a more than fair quote after doing so.
