Yes BCR8IVE MEDIA has public liability and products liability which is vital. The team guarantees their design work and website design upon completion (in the event of a client changing any design we will void this guarantee and quote the client to restore the design to its original format)

After completing our formal studies we found a gap in the market for offering a service to new businesses and people that wanted more than just a design. Our experience seemed a perfect fit for this industry with detailed understanding of business operations.

We met a customer who had been given so much advice about their branding that they ended up with a design that was completely unrelated to who they were and what they stood for. We worked with them to create a new branding package including logo, stationery, website and social media.

1. Can you get the image off the internet page I found? A: We can use your internet research but unless it is a high resolution image that is available for commercial use we can't use it. 2. How long will it take? A:Depending on the project it varies 48 hours (logos) to a month (website design).

To provide a quote to our customers all we ask the following first 1. What they are wanting? (eg - just a logo or complete brand package, website etc) 2. Where is it going to be used (web, print or other mediums) 3. What is their budget (this was we can tailor a design to suit)

The team provides customers with a questionnaire. Like any project we want to make sure we are on the 'same page' as our clients. When they complete this easy questionnaire it helps us to build a profile and provide suitable designs. Less drafts saves the clients money as we nail it straight away.

BCR8IVE MEDIA will always provide a free quotation for any requested service. We charge per project (job requested) which is all outlined in the original quotation. Any other work or additional service required is quoted separately so that the customer is aware before committing.
