Their online client management/document management system is really convenient and easy to use - and they are also just a phone call away.   Professional and efficient in their completion of the tax returns and I found the Client Management/Document system online very user-friendly. Provided detailed information and expert guidance. Over a period of time I spoke with and consulted with a number of the staff at Balanced Business and found their communication skills and logical/analytical approach assisted me greatly, made (what were to me) complex issues more manageable and understandable. In addition, they were each in their own way approachable and demonstrated genuine empathy. Would recommend their services.
